Project Management: PlanQuest
PlanQuest is a full-stack, role-based platform designed for planning, tracking objectives, managing teams, and evaluating performance. Built with modern technologies, it features task assignment, performance analytics, internal feedback and request handling, notifications, and AI-powered recommendations. Developed as part of a graduation project in collaboration with my teammate, I was primarily responsible for creating and implementing the backend of the application.
